Welcome to Baby Settler: Concierge Postpartum Care for Mom and Baby

Whether you’re pregnant or navigating life with a newborn, you’re in the right place. We offer high-touch, expert-led consults to help you feel confident about feeding, sleep, and postpartum recovery—from birth through baby’s first year.

Our team includes registered nurses, lactation consultants, and infant sleep specialistsso you’re getting trusted, clinical support (not just advice from the internet).

This Is For You If: - You want expert support that’s personalized, not one-size-fits-all - You’re done with mom-Google and need real answers - You care more about quality than insurance coverage - You’re navigating feeding challenges, sleep struggles, or postpartum overwhelm - You want consistency—someone who will stay with you through every milestone in year one

How It Works

  1. Book your consult (prenatal or postpartum)

  2. Get a personalized care plan from a medical expert

  3. Access continued support for feeding, sleep, and beyond

Our care is customized, compassionate, and designed for moms who want results.

Billing + Insurance Info: Baby Settler has transitioned to a private-pay concierge practice. We accept HSA/FSA and traditional debit/credit cards and you can request a superbill for possible reimbursement through your insurance. Through August, per request, we will submit claims to Aetna and Cigna for breastfeeding consults. After that, all clients will transition to private pay.

Not sure what to book? Start with a Prenatal (32–36 weeks) or Newborn consult (0–6 weeks). Once established, you’ll receive priority access for future visits.

You don’t need a night nurse, a sleep trainer, or a lactation hotline.

You need one person you trust to guide you through the most intense 90 days of your life—with clinical expertise, non-judgy support, and a game plan that gets your baby sleeping through the night.

This is white-glove, expert-led care—designed for Charleston-area moms who want to go from survival mode to settled by the end of the fourth trimester. Delivered personally by Hillary Sadler—RN, IBCLC, infant sleep consultant, mom of four, author, and founder of Baby Settler.

You won’t be passed off to someone else. You’ll work directly with Hillary for 90% of your consults, with backup support only when needed.

This isn’t just care. It’s a calm, confident fourth trimester—guided by the woman thousands of moms trust for answers.

Hillary works with a limited number of families in this capacity at a time. Space is extremely limited. Contact us to inquire about booking.

As a labor & delivery nurse, feeding specialist, and a mom of four, I have a lot of friends. It’s funny. I may not hear from someone for actual decades, and then, when they hit about their third trimester, the texts start rolling in. Honestly, I’m glad to be there for them; few moms have a qualified (and non-judgy!) friend in their corner.

I’m medically grounded and a little crunchy. I have a lot of letters by my name (RN, MSN, IBCLC), but I take everything with a grain of salt. I don’t just accept something because someone says it’s “right.” I unceasingly ask “why” until I can trust guidance enough to practice it in my home and share it with my friends.

I’m super type A (A+ in fact, if that was a thing). This impacts life in lots of ways, but here—it means I don’t let up. In the baby-mom community, there are advances every day, and if someone in our space is practicing the exact way they did five years ago, I struggle to trust them. As the world evolves, so does our content.

You matter to me like your baby matters to you. Okay, I can’t love you like you love your baby, but I do feel incredibly protective of moms in this vulnerable season. Your life has been turned upside down, and I care about how you feel, about your relationships, and about the story that’s being written in your mind.
