We help make the baby stage more simple. From pregnancy through the first year (and beyond), our Registered Nurse, Lactation Consultant, and Nurse Practitioner-led team provides hands on support and detailed guidance for preparing for birth and navigating breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, daytime routines (naps), dropping nighttime feeds, sleep training, and postpartum & women’s wellness care — so you can feel confident and supported every step of the way.

How It Works

  1. Book your initial consult. Choose from one of these categories:
    • Feeding & Lactation Care (Prenatal, Breastfeeding, Pumping, Bottle feeding)
    • Infant Sleep & Routines ( Naps, Dropping nighttime feeds, sleep training)
    • COMING IN JANUARY 2026 Baby Settler Wellness : Supporting women through intentional recovery, whether that begins at 6 weeks postpartum or years later. Postpartum Wellness (labs + answers) and GLP-1 medical weight & metabolic care.
  2. Meet with us 1:1 to troubleshoot challenges, feel heard, understood, and validated. Get all your questions answered and a detailed plan with a path forward.
  3. Love the season you’re in!

Insurance Information: Some people will have their visit(s) 100% covered with no out-of-pocket cost for in-office consults. To check coverage, we partner with The Lactation Network (TLN) and Wildflower (Cigna).

As a labor & delivery nurse, feeding specialist, and a mom of four, I have a lot of friends. It’s funny. I may not hear from someone for actual decades, and then, when they hit about their third trimester, the texts start rolling in. Honestly, I’m glad to be there for them; few moms have a qualified (and non-judgy!) friend in their corner.

I’m medically grounded and a little crunchy. I have a lot of letters by my name (RN, MSN, IBCLC), but I take everything with a grain of salt. I don’t just accept something because someone says it’s “right.” I unceasingly ask “why” until I can trust guidance enough to practice it in my home and share it with my friends.

I’m super type A (A+ in fact, if that was a thing). This impacts life in lots of ways, but here—it means I don’t let up. In the baby-mom community, there are advances every day, and if someone in our space is practicing the exact way they did five years ago, I struggle to trust them. As the world evolves, so does our content.

You matter to me like your baby matters to you. Okay, I can’t love you like you love your baby, but I do feel incredibly protective of moms in this vulnerable season. Your life has been turned upside down, and I care about how you feel, about your relationships, and about the story that’s being written in your mind.
